The weekend was more of the same homework and procrastination.
Tuesday's Type 4 went well.
On Wednesday I finally finished my archetype print. It just needs to be trimmed down now and it will be ready for it's reveal.
Last print pass. Lone eagle.
Thursday at the high school was fun. The kids are used to me being around now and are easier to talk to which makes my short time there fly by.
Friday I skipped class. I figured since it was late in the term that I should take a day off to recharge and catch up on some classwork. I watched a couple movies. I saw Solo Quiero Caminar which was pretty good. Definitely recommend that movie. I also so The Limits of Control which was kinda weird but what would you expect from Jarmusch
Saturday I tightened up some files for type so that they are pretty much ready to be printed.
Sunday I went down to the Museum of Latin American Art. I needed to take some pics for Type. While I was there I took a workshop that was pretty fun. Not many people but was nice and relaxing time.
Like I said at the start of this post, I noticed the seating going in for the Rose Parade. I still plan to camp out so if anyone is interested let me know.
Monday I pulled my first all nighter for Type. I was amazed at how much I was able to get done for class. I am feeling really good for the final in this class. Although I may have to pull another all nighter next week. It will be worth it though.
On Tuesday Type went well and the all nighter was worth the trouble.
Thanksgiving is on Thursday and I will be going down to San Diego. Don't know how that's gonna go so wish me luck.
Only 2 weeks left of school before a nice long 5 week break between terms. I can't wait!

This week I got a couple packages. For some reason I just love postage!
This one came from Thailand
It's been two months now that I have been doing the high school mentorship program. Thursday in the photo class I noticed these lovely chairs. I don't know why I hadn't noticed them before. I sit next to them every week. After some investigation there were made in 1977. I love that they are pretty mint and have traveled around a bit. This class room is in one of those trailers that somehow become permanent structures. We have one of those at Art Center. Anyways the twins are lovely and I thought I would share them with you. I love the colors too. That pea green is great. My grandma has shag carpet in that color. She still has it to this day. I used to rake it out when I was little.
